What’s New
When agents pass the 2018 Medicare Basics pre-requisites test, credit will be given for Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan product.
OR
Transfer 2018 AHIP scores in place of the Medicare Basics Prerequisites.
– Once an agent passes all three prerequisite tests (Medicare Basics, Ethics and Compliance and AARP), agents will be certified to sell both MA and PDP for UHC.
– UHC has now included Fraud, Waste and Abuse training (included in the Ethics and Compliance module).
Important Information:
– Agent will have six attempts to complete an assessment with a passing score. Each time an agent launches an assessment it is counted as an attempt.
– Agents MUST transfer their AHIP through the UHC website before attempting any training.
– If an agent starts any assessment modules without transferring their AHIP scores first, they WILL NOT be able to transfer it later.
