Post AEP 2021 Survey Results
If you’re like us, you weren’t really sure how AEP 2021 was going to go given the Covid-19 pandemic. There were many obstacles agents had to overcome from learning to work remotely with remote enrollment processes, video meetings, and even how to meet with clients safely if they wanted to meet in person. It’s been a learning curve for all, but now agents are much more equipped and confident in these processes going forward.

We surveyed our agents across the country to see exactly how their AEP went with all the changes and challenges. We are sharing those results with you below and are sure you can relate to many of these issues during this past AEP.
New Business Success:
38% say AEP 2021 was worse than AEP 2020
32% say AEP 2021 was more successful than AEP 2020
29% say AEP 2021 was about the same to AEP 2020

50% were somewhat comfortable
35% were not comfortable at all
14% were very comfortable

50% are very comfortable

77% of respondents are currently working with an FMO, but 20% of respondents are not happy with their current FMO!
