Meet the Team: Linda Isbell, Broker Sales

Do you know Linda Isbell? Linda has been with UIG for almost 5 years, and has been an integral part of the growth the Brokerage department is now seeing! If you’ve met Linda, or even spoken to her on the phone, you know she’s got a great sense of humor! When we are in the office, she’s the one who likes to tell the jokes, and is always thinking of ways to make the office more fun!

We asked Linda a few questions to get to know her a bit better:

Q: What’s your go-to productivity trick?
A: You have to show up each day with a positive attitude and a willingness to do the very best you can. I find that if I have a daily agenda, then it helps me stay focused.  Ideally, I write it out at the end of the previous day, so it’s fresh in my notebook.

Q: Are you an early bird or a night owl?
A: I am an early bird. I like to get up and exercise before I start my day. This starts my day out on a positive note. Even if I might not feel like doing it at the time, once I am done, my day is off to a great start!

Q: If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
A: Boating. I know the rules, but I sure would like to become better at docking my boat! That darn current gets me every time!

Q: What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?
A: Eating Healthy. It’s too easy to grab carbs throughout the day. Preplanning what snacks I am allowed to eat each day helps.

Q: Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?
A: I cannot tell you. It wouldn’t be hidden anymore! But I am willing to share that I have a rather large snake collection.

Q: What’s the top destination on your must-visit list?
A: Italy is on my bucket list. I have only been to Europe once, but it gave me the bug!

Q: What’s your go-to karaoke song?
A: People usually slip me $5.00 NOT to sing if I am at a karaoke bar!
