Your clients are more tech-savvy than you may think. Smart phones have replaced sticking business cards to fridges, or even keeping an old-school Rolodex in your home. Clients often rely on their contacts in their phones to keep track of phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, and even birthdays. Before leaving an appointment with a client, ask them if they would like to add your contact information in their phone in case they have a question for you. Sitting there with them while they do it, will make sure your information is accurate and there! Not only does this help them be able to get a hold of you, but then they can pass on your information to family and friends who could turn into a referral for you!
