*Terms and conditions apply. LifeSecure policies must be submitted and issued online between Sept. 1-Oct. 31, 2018. An issued policy is one which has been approved and is in a premium paying status and in force for 60 days. Agents must be licensed, appointed and in good standing with LifeSecure to be eligible. Replacement sales do not qualify. Excludes call center agents. $250 of the $950 incentive will be distributed from LifeSecure in a VISA gift card in January 2019. $700 of the incentive will be distributed from UIG by check after Oct. 31.
