Another AEP Has Come and Gone…
This year was quite a bit different than seasons in the past given the pandemic we are currently facing. But our agents never cease to amaze us. Agents learned to adapt to the new technology offered from carriers for remote selling, spoke with clients via Zoom videos, met clients outdoors instead of indoors, and masked up to keep their vulnerable clients healthy. We were all thrown a learning curve with the new technology, but we came out better in the end. But don’t think for a second that this technology and new way of doing business is going away, it is, most likely, here to stay.
