2020 Agent and Broker Compensation
CMS announced the new 2020 Fair Market Value (FMV) maximum agent/broker compensation amounts for all organizations with increases again for 2020. The FMV maximums listed below are the maximum allowable but insurance carriers are not required to pay the maximum FMV. In the coming weeks carriers will file their 2020 compensation with CMS and will then roll any changes out to the field.
